Judas, one of the disciples, decided to betray Jesus. He was paid for information. Jesus told the disciples to go into town and they would find a man and to follow him and he will give them a room to celebrate Passover. They did. Jesus told the deciples that it would be his last meal until He reached the kingdom of heaven. He took the bread, broke it, gave it to his disciples and said, “This is my body which will be given up for you; do this in remembrance of me.” He did the same with the wine and they ate. Jesus said later that one of them would deny him before the rooster crows twice. Jesus walked out to the Mount of Olives and his twelve disciples followed. As Jesus prayed the twelve fell asleep. Peter was at the high priests house and he denied that he was a follower of Jesus three times. Jesus was blindfolded and mocked and made fun of. He was asked of his identity and he declared that he is the true son of god. Judas realized what he had done. And he through the money and hung himself. Pilate believed Jesus. He said that he found no fault with him. Then Pilate held a session where he asked who they should release Barabbas or Jesus. The people voted and chose Barabbas. They decided to crucify Jesus. He did not want to come back to where Jesus was crucified because he was scared of being stuck there forever. He knew that Jesus was innocent but he could not make himself do anything.
